Cute little hotel very well deserved, close to Victoria station. Many nice coffee places around. The staff a Luna Simone is super nice and friendly. My room was on top with no elevator, quite warm during the heat wave but a fan was available. Nice english breakfast. Comfy bed. Would definitely come back.

This was such a great location and really quaint. A true bed & breakfast! Beds were great and rooms were very clean. Our favorite part was the staff! Peter was so friendly and served us a great breakfast every morning! Felt like we got a true flavor of London! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our first time to London and stayed here 4 nights. This hotel has many positives including great central location and quiet at night. The thing that stood out to us was the friendly staff and wonderful hospitality. They provide a beautiful English breakfast which is ordered off a menu and brought to your table. The staff will do anything they can to make your stay happy and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our 4-night stay here in January. Great location in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. A bus stop is right in front for busses that go to Westminster, Trafalgar Square, the West End, and more -- just tap on with your phone or credit card. All the staff are super friendly. Good breakfast with table service. Be aware there's no lift and walls are a bit thin. We will stay here again on our next trip to London.
