About Mornington Hotel London Victoria

Twenty rooms is all the Mornington Hotel London Victoria offers, and that small scale is part of its character - a modest, no-frills base rather than a sprawling city hotel. It occupies 25 Gloucester Street, a residential street in Victoria, putting guests within reach of Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace without the premium of staying directly in the thick of it.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and free WiFi, and are best described as compact and functional rather than spacious. Room service and luggage storage are available, along with concierge assistance for anyone wanting help planning their time in the city.

There's no restaurant on site, but pubs, bars and eateries are all close by, so guests won't have far to go for a meal or a drink. It suits those who want a straightforward, central place to sleep between days spent seeing Victoria and beyond, rather than a hotel that's a destination in itself.

Location is great, rooms are clean, staff is nice and friendly. However the room is the smallest I’ve ever stayed. There’s no space for anything. If you stay at a single room, you can only sit on bed, and open luggage on bed. The double room in basement is also very small with no window, it’s a bit claustrophobic.

While the accommodations were compact, they served their primary purpose effectively, providing a suitable environment for rest. The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, and the property's central location proved highly advantageous, allowing for convenient pedestrian access to various destinations. It is worth noting that our initial day involved extensive walking, accumulating approximately 30,000 steps. Our sole concern pertains to the shower facility, which was notably small and exhibited issues with the door mechanism, specifically dislodged tracks and a missing wheel.

It was one of the worst experiences I had, I checked in for two nights, and immediately on the 2nd night I started experiencing rashes on my arms and hands. I believe the bed hygiene was bad and bed was with bed bugs that caused me severe rashes and itching. I literally found insects on bed while sleeping on that night. I had to go clinic for treatment that almost a week till now I am facing this issue. Also, the room was very small and not reflecting the price. Even no space open the bag.

The rooms are tiny, but I was able to get two nights of good rest. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly, and took the time to greet me everytime I entered and so on. The location is quite convenient and in a very quiet area.
