About MSK INN - Hotel 82
Marylebone and Baker Street are both within easy reach of MSK INN - Hotel 82, putting pubs, restaurants and eateries on the doorstep along with plenty to explore in this part of central London. It's a handy base for those who want to be near the area's cycling routes and evening entertainment without straying far from a Tube station.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, free WiFi and in-room drinks, and are a decent size for a central London hotel. A lift serves the building, and 24 hour reception and luggage storage are useful for early arrivals or late departures. There's no parking on site, and an electric vehicle charge point is available for those who do drive. It's worth noting that some rooms show their wear, and service from staff has not always matched the convenience of the location.
For the price, the location on Gloucester Place is hard to beat, with the shops, restaurants and transport links of Marylebone close by. It suits travellers who want a straightforward, well-placed stopover rather than a polished luxury stay.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. What a horrendous "hotel"... I use that word loosely. We checked in on Friday and that was already hard work. We had to wait outside in the blistering heat and ring a buzzer until someone opened the door. The receptionist didn't speak to us and just handed our room key to us. We then can only describe our room as being a hot box. It was disgusting. Before arriving, I messaged the hotel to make sure the rooms had air conditioning as I knew London (and all the UK) was going through a heatwave and they replied to me saying the rooms did. Surprise, surprise the air conditioning did not in fact work. I went down to reception, where again, I had to ring a buzzer for someone to arrive (it was all very odd). I tried to explain to them and they spoke little to no English and said that there was no air conditioning!! They then rang the "manager" who was very rude and unapologetic and I told her that it was unacceptable and said that they messaged and said they had air conditioning. She tried telling us they had another hotel 40 minutes away in another part of London which didn't suit our needs as we had evening plans and she basically didn't care. I asked to check out and to be refunded but of course she refused to refund. Whilst I was speaking to the manager, another customer came to reception to complain about the same thing! We did check out as we couldn't stick being in that room and had to find alternative accommodation. We now are in a dispute with booking.com and our bank to get a charge back. The rooms are also filthy and moldy. Looking at all the other bad reviews, avoid this hotel at all cost!! Booking.com should remove them off their website.

We had a very nice stay at the MSK hotel, the location was just amazing. The room was clean and also very big for the price we paid and it being in London. The only notes we had was that the bathtub could use some work and that there was no way to inform the hotel staff that the room needed cleaning. They did provide fresh towels upon asking but most times there wasn't anyone available to provide service. Overall a good experience and very good value.

The person that checked us in. Barely spoke to us, the room needed repairs, wires with tape around, broken flooring, shower tray cracked and grubby. The bed was horrendous, mattress springs poking out and lumpy which meant we didn’t sleep at all, there’s no excuse for bad beds in a hotel. When we left we needed to store our bag, it said on the hotel info there was baggage storage, no one was there. Called the number on the wall and he said just leave it in the welcome room, no lock, not secure, had to just leave it and hope for the best as we were watching our son run the marathon. They were not bothered about much At all! The only positive was the location.

Great location. We were very happy with the room for the price we paid, having stayed in much smaller for alot more only weeks before in London. We also forgot belongings in the property and the hotel were great whilst we arranged for collection of our stuff.
