I can’t say enough about how great this place is! Best of both worlds: all the amenities of an apartment but with the high-quality service of a hotel. Beautiful new spacious apartment, walls of floor-to-ceiling windows in both bedroom and living fill the apartment with light. A bit smaller than it looked in photos, but still very spacious for 2 people. Super comfy king bed, washer/dryer and all kitchen appliances. High quality soap, shampoo & cream. No daily maid service (which I prefer) but easy to get fresh towels, more milk, tea, sugar. Staff super helpful (shout out to Yazid!). Amazing location, steps from the Thames, Borough market, Globe Theatre, Tate, Millenial bridge. We will totally be back and recommend unreservedly!

My husband and I stayed in the premium one bedroom apartment and were very happy overall! Check-in was quick and easy. There was an option to provide some details online prior to arriving onsite, which we did (and I suspect likely expedited the process). All of the staff were friendly and helpful as well! The room itself was incredibly spacious (particularly by London standards) and all the amenities (including large fridge and washer/dryer) were much appreciated. Our room also had two bathrooms (which I don’t believe was advertised but was certainly a welcome surprise). Linens appeared very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is no daily room cleaning although someone did stop by the room and provide fresh towels every day. There were a few minor issues including the shower in one bathroom not getting hot and some dust in the corners, however in the grand scheme of things just about negligible. Lastly, the Bankside area was perfect for us - walkable to the amazing Borough Market and various metro stops (as well as to Big Ben and other major tourist stops if you don’t mind a bit of a walk), yet still felt like a respite from the crowded, touristy, chaotic vibes of places like SoHo. Would definitely stay here again if lucky enough to return to London!

Stayed here for a couple of nights of our London trip. Quite happy with our choice. Location is great for Borough market and various other sights. We had two comfortable, large beds and a downstairs living/dining area with kitchen. Definitely felt like enough space. We had an issue with one shower that was fixed, but then our space was left full of dirty shoe prints. The wifi was variable as was the AC. Otherwise, the front desk was helpful with extra sheets, towels, booking a car to the airport.

Great find! Hidden away and peaceful but right in the middle of all the Bankside action. Hamza, Yazid and Iva were all super helpful and went out of their way to help us when plans changed. Clean, modern and comfortable - would recommend to all!
