The hotel was all you can ask for the price in such a good area. The service was very good and they even looked after our luggage after checking out whilst we explored Camden (which is within a 15-20 minute walk). The only downside was that we got allocated a basement/downstairs room and the atmosphere felt a bit dump with some rusting on some of the bathroom appliances. I guess it's inevitable in a basement room and otherwise would score 5 stars. Definitely recommend it for a good budget friendly well located stay.

After seeing a few bad reviews, I was quite hesitant after booking the NOX hotels. Shame on you for leaving them those reviews! NOX hotel was absolutely perfect. We booked a basement room, knowing there would be no window and that there would be stairs and narrow-ish corridors (as people mentioned in their reviews). Still, I'm quite a large girl with several disorders and ailments, yet l managed to stay here without any issues. I really do not understand how people have left bad reviews. The lady on reception was helpful, pleasant and polite. I will certainly be staying here if any more concerts are in that area. I recommend NOX Hotel 100%. It was clean, tidy, everything you needed was provided for. WiFi was great for a basement. There was a security safe free to use.

Great location, staff lovely. Would have liked some air conditioning as the room was very hot. Bed could have been more comfortable. But second time we have stayed here and would again. Last time our room was better with a Dyson air conditioning unit so I guess they aren't in every room.

A lovely clean compact room, in a nice, safe location. It was perfect as a base for our couple of night away to shower & lay our head. Communication prior & on check in was on point - everything explained very well.
