About Premier Inn London Hampstead
Hampstead Heath is within walking distance of Premier Inn London Hampstead, making it an easy base for anyone wanting green space without leaving the city behind. Belsize Park is also close at hand, and the local tube station puts the rest of London within reach, alongside nearby pubs, bars and entertainment for evenings out.
The hotel itself has 143 rooms spread across six floors, all with en-suite bathrooms, and family and accessible rooms are available. Rooms are on the compact side, but come with good beds, and drinks can be ordered straight to the room. A restaurant and bar cover food and drink on site, with breakfast served each morning and consistently mentioned as a highlight, offering a good spread of options.
Staff are friendly and helpful, though service at busier times can be a little slow. Practical extras include a lift, 24 hour reception and chargeable on-site parking at the front of the hotel, useful for anyone arriving by car before heading out to explore Hampstead and beyond.
What guests say
Nice place, great parking but a touch expensive in a weekend bearing in mind its free parking on the streets around the hotel from 1pm on a Saturday until 9am on Monday. Room wasn’t ready for 3pm which was annoying as we were on a tight schedule. Nice bar area, rooms nice but very small, more like a hub tbh. Great location though in a nice part of London.

Great staff. Big thank Roopinder and Carl for their excellent service at breakfast in the Premier Inn Hotel. They always make us feel welcome and are consistently kind, friendly, and attentive to both us and our children. We live nearby and often come for breakfast with friends and their children, and it is always a pleasure to visit because of the warm atmosphere they create. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care make every visit enjoyable. Thank you very much.

Very well located for public transport as well as having a sizeable car park (£25 for 24 hours). The rooms are compact but fairly comfortable. There's a bar/restaurant on the ground floor and a large outdoor seating area. The breakfast is well priced and pretty good (surprisingly good coffee). The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. My main niggle was that the shower was in need of some maintenance, not unusable, but some repairs were definitely in order. I would certainly stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location, really close to the tube station at Belsize Park so very handy for the Northern Line. Area is nice and relatively quiet. Room was small but clean, and bed was very comfortable. Good shower, and basic shower gel was included (although shampoo and conditioner would be nice). Good windows meant that we weren't woken up by noise outside! Breakfast was ok, but I would recommend going elsewhere if you can. Quite expensive for what you get, and the choices weren't amazing. No alternative to dairy milk even when I asked, which is very surprising for a large hotel chain and not great for people with intolerances/allergies/dietary preferences! Ended up borrowing some soya milk off a couple who had bought their own from the nearby shop. Didn't really see that many staff about during our stay, we checked in and out ourselves.
