About Primrose Guest House

Breakfast is included at Primrose Guest House, a family-run Victorian property on Primrose Gardens in London, and there are pubs, bars and restaurants close by for evening meals. With only 8 rooms, the place has a casual, small-scale feel rather than the polish of a big hotel, and service runs around the clock via 24 hour reception.

Rooms are en-suite and kept simple, with Wi-Fi throughout, making this a straightforward base rather than a destination in itself. The atmosphere leans homely, which suits guests who prefer a personal touch over corporate uniformity.

Hampstead Heath is within reach for those wanting green space and a walk, while Chessington World of Adventures offers a day out further afield. Local entertainment options add to the choice of things to do without straying far from the guest house itself.

Stayed here for a night because I was seeing a concert at Kentish Town Forum. Staff are very warm and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, even for a vegetarian like me! It's all cooked for you personally. Choices of juices, coffee, tea etc. Room very much like a hotel room with en suite facilities and all the amenities one might need. Very impressed. Will definitely book a room again if I have a concert in the area

Stayed in this delightful boutique accommodation in snowy early January. In a great, quiet location not far from the Tube, Lekha was a fabulous host. The breakfast was marvelous. Highly recommended.

Lekha is such a lovely host! My partner and I stayed following a hospital visit at the Royal Free Hospital nearby. Belsize park underground station is approx a 5-10 minute walk away. It is a very welcoming guesthouse, warm and cosy in this cold weather. The rooms are compact but everything you need is there. En suite bathroom with shower and toilet, comfortable double bed, a table with 2 chairs, an open wardrobe and of course the tea/coffee station! We also had hairdryer & iron in the room. Free WiFi plus TV 📺 You really do not need anything else in the room, it's all there. Breakfast is served fresh, literally cooked in front of you, in the kitchenette just off the dining room. The 'Full English' was delicious & generous. Plenty of other breakfast choices were available too. The area outside is lovely, we overlooked the lovely mews garden in the Central area of this victorian road. The information booklet is well worth a read! We would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough about our stay at Primrose Guesthouse. The rooms were cozy, the proper English breakfast was delicious, and the host was lovely. The location is an easy walk to the Belsize tube station, and the neighborhood is quiet and charming. I plan to stay here every time I'm in London.
