Stayed here 2 nights. Had a ground floor room so no stairs. Room was a decent size, bathroom was a bit awkward in layout, as you expect in these old Victorian house conversions. Room and bathroom were very clean. Even though I was on the ground floor close to the exit and street it was very quiet. Air conditioning kept the room temp very comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful. I would have liked a bar fridge in the room and a plug for the sink. But really a good place for a short stay and can't beat the location just a short stroll to Paddington station, Hyde Park, Little Venice and the Albert Hall

We (2 adults and a 1.5 year-old) stayed 1 night in a family room. The room and building are older, which would have been alright if the amenities worked properly and it felt clean. Upon arrival we informed staff that the air conditioner did not work. They said they would contact maintenance. No one attempted to resolve the issue. They also do not provide fans (i asked). It was very hot inside the room even with the windows open, as they only go up about 6 inches and it was nearly 80°F in London that day. The shower looked like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in years. There was a used cup by the sink. There was only 1 room darkening shade behind the curtain (there were 2 windows). I gave 2 stars because it was somewhere to sleep that wasn’t a tiny shoebox, the rain head shower worked nicely, and the location is great. Wouldn’t recommend nor stay here again.

Only spent 1 night there but the rooms and the hotel in general were very clean. The staff were friendly. The hotel is ideally situated for London Paddington Station and the underground. There are plenty of places around to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be using it again

I’ve just checked in to Nox Hotels Paddington and I’m genuinely impressed. The room is very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. I booked a single room but the bed feels closer to a small double or half-queen size, which was a really nice surprise. The en suite is spotless and, for a London hotel, surprisingly spacious. Check-in was easy even at 11pm, with a friendly and welcoming front desk. The hotel seems nice and quiet so far. The bed is comfy, the pillows are comfy, and everything feels well thought out. There’s also a little espresso/coffee machine with tea and coffee provided, which is a great touch. On top of that, there’s a large Freeview TV with loads of channels, all working properly, and the free Wi-Fi is very fast. It’s only a five minute walk from Paddington Station and very easy to find, which makes it ideal if you’re arriving late or travelling early. For £49 per night in central London, this is insane value. I’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it.
