Our stay at Nox Hotel Waterloo, London was excellent. One of the hotel's greatest strengths is its outstanding location. It is within easy walking distance of some of London's most iconic landmarks, including the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the Houses of Parliament. We also enjoyed visiting the nearby statues of Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela, which added a meaningful touch to our walks around the area. What made our stay truly memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by the front desk team. Alisha and Fabiana were incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warmth, efficiency, and genuine care for guests made us feel valued throughout our stay. The management should be proud to have such dedicated team members representing the hotel. They are a real asset to Nox Hotel Waterloo. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a superb central London location.

We stayed here for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms are modern and clean. Ours had extra kitchen utilities, microwave, cooker, pans, cutlery and sink to wash up which was incredibly handy. Room had everything we needed. Check in was easy and quick. Location is also fantastic right next to Waterloo station and the street has so many choices of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops to choose from. 10 minutes walk away from London eye and Westminster. Highly recommend!

This place was great! Especially for the price. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the hotel is on a really cute street with lots of restaurants and life, as well as the Lower Marsh Market every weekday! The only thing to keep in mind is that if you want an early check-in, its £20 per hour.
