This is a great hotel in a very convenient location, only a 5-minute walk to the London Eye! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and having a 24/7 convenience store right across the street was super handy. On the downside, the rooms are quite small; the two of us struggled a bit to find space with our luggage in the middle of the room. Also, the cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved. Overall, it's a solid, budget-friendly choice if you are looking for an amazing location and helpful service, just be prepared for cozy room sizes!

About the best value you can get in the centre of London. But as a result it's really small. Width of room is the length of the bed so you have to crawl over your partner to get to the other side of the bed. Only one person can fit in the bathroom. Room service is every 4 days. No breakfast is served. But very friendly helpful service.

As long as you know this is a very small hotel, then you won't be disappointed. Staff were all extremely friendly, rooms were clean. It was the cheapest place around. Location was great. I would stay again
