Awesome 5 day stay! Hotels location is perfect and rooms are very nice. Staff is great - our first room was way too bright at night and they immediatly moved us. Their quick help saved our sleep! Only bummer was no room upgrade. As a hyatt explorist, would of been nice if they ugraded us. It felt like it was due to our 5 day stay. Overall its a great spot, definitly recommend.

I went for afternoon tea with my Mum and we had a wonderful time. Each staff member we came into contact with was polite and friendly. The sandwiches were lovely as were the scones and sweet treats. The tea pots and cups were beautiful. Special thank you to Joanna for helping me with the booking and taking into consideration my nut allergy and allowing me to substitute a sandwich. This was all communicated through email and was really reassuring. I would definitely recommend and hope to be back again.

A wonderful hotel in London. The location is absolutely perfect, close to a transportation hub and accessible to all the tourist attractions. The front desk staff is very professional and kind and helpful on all fronts. The room was very large, and we were even upgraded as a Hyatt Globalist member. The breakfast options are extensive and include a wide breakfast selection. I really appreciate the accessibility and polished service of this hotel and would absolutely return in the future, adding to a wonderful trip to London.

Spend your money elsewhere. The lack of follow up in addressing issues is infuriating and disappointing. I stayed at the Andaz for two nights on a family trip and would never go back. We attempted check in after check in time. The room was not ready. The front desk told us they would email us when it was ready for check in. 2 hours later, I had to reach out to the front desk. The room was ready, but nobody followed up with me. The biggest issue is that housekeeping forgot to lock our room after service. We came back after a long day out to see that our room was unlocked. This is a basic requirement of staying at a hotel - to lock the room. I called the front desk to explain what happened. They told me they would look at the security footage and hung up. Nobody followed up for the rest of the day. The morning after, I went downstairs to the front desk to follow up. The man at the front desk immediately asked if I had forgotten to lock the door. He was so rude and did not care. He acted as if I was a diva to be upset that my room (with my family's passports) was left unlocked. The only reason why the matter was resolved is because I went to breakfast and the Head of Food and Beverage asked me how my room was. I told him what happened. He was the only person who listened to my concerns and resolved them. They checked the CCTV and confirmed that housekeeping did forget to lock the door. It should not have taken 3 separate attempts with 3 different people to address this issue.
