About Park International Hotel
Park International Hotel suits travellers who want a no-fuss base for exploring South Kensington or working in London without paying central-London extremes for it. With 171 rooms on Cromwell Road, it works equally well for a museum weekend, a solo business trip, or a longer stay where practical extras matter more than novelty.
Rooms come with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, and breakfast is included, so mornings are simple to sort before heading out. On site there's a restaurant and a bar with a piano lounge feel, an indoor swimming pool, a gym, and a garden for downtime. Business travellers are covered too, with meeting rooms, business services, porter and concierge support, plus free on-site parking, which is a genuine rarity this close to central London.
The area itself offers plenty within walking distance, from pubs and restaurants to entertainment options nearby, making it easy to fill evenings without booking taxis. It's a hotel built around convenience and consistency rather than flair, and for many trips that's exactly the point.

I had an outstanding stay at Park International Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and well-organized. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is perfect, making it very easy to reach popular attractions and explore London comfortably. My room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

It's been one year since I have stayed in one of the suites here and it is still one of the best rooms I have stayed in so far, and I travel often. I usually do not leave reviews for resort/hotel accomodations but this was an exceptional stay and made my London visit very comfortable. The Adelphi Junior Suite was my room for about one week. The room was gorgeous and clean. More than enough space for two adults. Despite being right next to a busy roadway, the room was quiet. Plenty of windows with beautiful, thick curtains that probably helped with keeping noise levels down and sunlight out. The in-room amenities were plentiful and of good quality. Only a single cobweb above the bathtub was noticed. No other signs of neglect or uncleanliness were observed. Staff were very accommodating and allowed for an unexpected early check-in, which was absolutely appreciated after a full 12+ hours of travel to get there. The halls seemed a bit rough and I could see that other rooms were not nearly as well appointed as the suite, so I'd recommend the suites if you want a more comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby public transportation. Many points of interest and restaurants were within walking distance. The area felt safe despite being particularly busy. The locals confirmed that the location was one of the more safer areas of the city. The only aspect I was disappointed with during my stay was the lack of hotel amenities. Unfortunately, I stayed at a time when the hotel was undergoing major renovations, so many things were closed indefinitely including the on-site restaurant(s). However, the construction was not very noticeable (no sounds heard from my suite and no apparent obstructions to and from the room). Ultimately, I hope to return to this hotel on future visits!

We stayed here in mid-September. Really wonderful hotel - the staff were very friendly, making conversation, being mindful and always friendly and they had the room ready when we arrived early. The room (a junior suite) was large and well appointed plus it had working a/c and heat! A few drawbacks - they are in the middle of renovations and they're sorely needed. The carpet on the ground floor especially was old and dirty. The gym was closed which we didn't know until check-in. In the room there weren't any lamps, only overhead big lights! This is not conducive to night time relaxing; no one wants bright cfl light to wind down with. The bathroom was clean and large, but Park International uses those refillable soaps and shampoos, and they were never refilled - now I never use these as I bring them along when I travel, but not filling them shows some lack of attentiveness. We went to the bar two nights of our stay and the first night the bartender was confused when I ordered a Shirley Temple for a non-drinker so I described it and he said they didn't have Sprite. Fine, just a coke. I ordered a Hugo spritz (very en vogue) and was told no, the I ordered a martini but the bartender could only make the cocktails on the cocktail list. Just a little more attention to the bar and service there could go a long way. Overall, I'm happy with the location which was close to less touristy food and neighborhoods, but still close enough to the center of London. One could even walk. I'll be back - hopefully after the renovations are complete though.

Stayed for a four-night stretch and the service here was fantastic. We arrived around 8AM, and the person working the check-in desk actually offered to call us once our rooms were available (never had that happen anywhere in the world). Upon check-out, we were given some additional time without any hassle. I know this isn't always possible, but the effort shown by the staff to allow us access to our rooms was very much appreciated. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and quiet. Some of the furnishings were a bit dated or worn, but the beds felt new, and the rooms/linens/bathrooms were very clean. We were given two adjoining rooms on the ground floor that were behind a fire door, so we had a lot of privacy as a small group. The layout of the hotel itself lends itself well to privacy overall, in four days we might have run across five or six other guests in the hallways. I've been coming to London for over a decade as a business traveler, and as a general rule, hotel rooms in London are a bit on the small/dated side. These rooms were some of the most better ones I've stayed in. For folks considering this place for a trip to London, the location was extremely convenient. Easy access to both the tube and the bus, as well as the M4 if you're taking a taxi to/from LHR. There are also quite a few local restaurants and attractions within a 15 minute walk. Overall, highly recommend.
