Great location for Spittlefield market and Brick lane. Some unusual rules for a Hotel, such as No alcohol outside as the neighbors complain. Also rooms usually cleaned every four days. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental style. The bar is not a bar more a drinks fridge. Wifi has a good signal. Don't bother paying extra for a garden view as you can't see out of the frosted glass. The window only opens about 200cm so you can lean on the window reveal and just about 👀 the garden. All in all a good Hotel if you squint a bit. 👍

Very good hotel, room a little bit small but perfect, good cleaning and no noise. Standard hotel breakfast but with good variety of foods. Position is very good, close to the Liverpool subway. Staff is the key point of this hotel, very thanks to Saqba from reception that helped us a lot during night late check in and a very last minute booking for the same night. She is very gentle, professional and supportive, not easy to find good person like her. Thank you

The rooms are extremely small and felt quite cramped. I couldn’t sleep properly during the first two nights. The bathrooms are also very compact, and even the rooms with windows feel claustrophobic because the windows are opaque. Amenities are minimal. There’s no complimentary water, kettle, tea, or coffee setup. The only toiletries provided are bath gels, and housekeeping is done just once every three days. Breakfast options are disappointing as well, with only cold items and a few bakery products available. For a long stay, it definitely doesn’t feel satisfying or comfortable. Overall, this is strictly a budget hotel with very basic facilities.

Lovely clean modern hotel. Staff were lovely. Breakfast looked to have a great selection even though I didn't eat any. Room was small and without a window, but clean and quiet. Nice garden at the back. It was an hour walk to Leicester Square, but lots of public transport options.
