About Premier Inn London Canary Wharf Westferry
Premier Inn London Canary Wharf Westferry starts the day with a varied breakfast spread and keeps a bar on site for later, making it an easy base whether you're stopping through or staying a few nights. The restaurant and bar sit alongside 24 hour reception, so food and drink are available without having to head out, though there's also a pub, restaurant and eatery nearby for those who fancy a change of scene.
Spread across 28 floors, the hotel holds 400 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, family and accessible options, and drinks available in room. Many rooms take in river or city views over the Thames and the surrounding skyline. Some guests have noted the rooms can run warm, so it's worth bearing in mind if you're sensitive to heat, but the rooms are otherwise kept clean and comfortable.
The location on Limehouse Causeway puts Canary Wharf and the River Thames within easy reach, with a nearby DLR station making onward journeys straightforward. An electric vehicle charge point is on site, and chargeable parking is available about a four-minute walk away at West India Quay Car Park on Hertsmere Road.
What guests say
I stayed here during a conference and it was the best choice. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and with lots of options. We also had dinner there one night and it was quite good and affordable. The staff were always kind and helpful. Canary Wharf is just 10min walk and access to Elizabeth line. There is also a DLR line stop at the door of the hotel. I will recommend it.

Such a great hotel in a great location-view from my room was amazing. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Thames Path where you can walk along the river and go to Canary Wharf is less than 10 minutes walk. DLR station is right next to the hotel and they have great restaurants within few minutes walk- I went to Noodle Street opposite for dinner and had a lovely dinner there. I removed a star from the room as my duvet cover had a stain on it, but the lovely gentleman in the evening at reception came and changed the cover for me. Felt for him as he was all alone at reception, tended to the queue of people waiting behind me, then had to go to the top floor of hotel to get new sheets before coming to my room to change the cover (all within 10mins)- then run back down to staff the reception desk. Minus the stain issue, I would definitely visit this hotel again and highly recommend it to others

I have been using this hotel for our London family vacations for the last 3 years, travelling twice a year. The facilities and rooms are great, location is very convenient and breakfast is really good. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are always kind and caring, helping when needed. On the other hand, in our last stay we noticed that they might have reduced the number of the staff, as you can see the same people attending the reception, the bar downstairs and the restaurant upstairs, alternating these tasks at the same time, without any complain. I think they deserve a raise as they work for 3 people. Or the hotel needs to hire extra stuff. This time we travelled there were staying around 50 Metallica fans lining up for the bar as they were for the concert. The staff needs more support. I wanted to specially mention the manager for allocating us to a bigger room and the super kind older guy that already recognise me from previous stays that attends always with a smile.

Really nice hotel, went at a really busy time as there was a concert going on nearby, but the staff were quick to check everyone in! Staff at breakfast were lovely as well. Room was really nice, probably would have got 2 separate rooms (one for each of us) if going for any longer than a night but it was a lovely room none the less with a view of the docks. Really great travel connections as the DLR is literally on the doorstep! Close to Stratford and the London stadium.

People say this hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms with great city views and a delicious, varied breakfast. Guests also highlight its excellent value, friendly staff, and extremely convenient location right next to the DLR station.
Some reviews mention the rooms can be uncomfortably warm.
