I stayed with my sister at President Hotel and we had a great experience overall. The entrance is quite nice, and the staff were friendly from the start. Check-in was quick and smooth, which we really appreciated after traveling. The room wasn’t very large, but it was comfortable and did the job perfectly. One thing I especially want to highlight is the breakfast—it was amazing. There was such a wide variety of options that I never knew what to choose. I genuinely looked forward to it every morning and even woke up early just to enjoy it before heading out for the day. The location is also a big plus. The hotel is very close to the London Underground, and most of the main attractions are within a manageable distance. Both the hotel and the room were consistently clean throughout our stay. A small moment that really stood out: we had booked afternoon tea at The Ritz London, and I needed help tying my tie—one of the staff members kindly stepped in to help, which I found very thoughtful. Overall, the prices are more affordable compared to many other hotels in London, making it a great value for money. I would definitely recommend it—I wasn’t disappointed by anything!

I chose this hotel as I had an appointment at the National Hospital for Neurology and the hotel is really near the hospital. I found there was a great selection of food included in the buffet breakfast and the staff were very helpful. I had an accessible room with a wet room shower which was good. One thing I would suggest to people who are thinking of staying at this hotel to not only put in the complementary ear plugs supplied in the room but to shut the windows at night as it is extremely noisy at night even with the ear plugs in.

Great location, 20mins walk from King's Cross. Our room was available when we arrived at 12noon, which was brilliant. The room was clean, small and little warm but there was a fan in the wardrobe and we just opened the window to allow a breeze in. Breakfast was plentiful, location ideal for sightseeing and attending a show. We slept fine and water pressure was good in the shower. We were able to store our bags for the day after check out. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights because of location and the price. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, but small. However since I didn't plan to be hanging around the hotel this wasn't a problem for me. It should be pointed out that the rooms are not air conditioned. I open the window and use the fan and it was sufficient. Ymmv
