About Roseate House London

Free on-site parking is not something you expect to find this close to central London, but Roseate House London offers exactly that from its address on Westbourne Terrace, within easy reach of Paddington Station and Hyde Park. The hotel has 48 rooms, styled with attention to detail and finished to a high standard, giving guests a comfortable base for exploring the capital.

Breakfast is a genuine highlight, with vegan and gluten-free afternoon tea options alongside the usual spread, and the restaurant and bar provide further choices for eating and drinking without leaving the building. Staff are consistently attentive, offering thoughtful extras that make a stay feel looked after rather than merely serviced. A garden, concierge service, meeting rooms, air conditioning and free WiFi round out the practical side of things, and pets are welcome. Some guests have found the rooms can pick up noise, worth bearing in mind if you're a light sleeper.

Beyond the hotel, the surrounding streets offer pubs, restaurants and entertainment within easy walking distance, making it a workable base for both business trips and city breaks. With Paddington Station nearby, connections onward across London and beyond are straightforward.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel feels genuinely luxurious and elegant, with beautiful interiors, lots of art throughout the property, spacious rooms, and large, comfortable bathtubs. We also loved that every room includes a yoga mat, which made it easy to do a morning workout before heading out. WiFi was very fast and we never had any issues with it. The location is excellent, right next to Hyde Park, so we enjoyed walking there almost every morning. Breakfast was very good, with generous à la carte portions. We had an issue with our first room, but the team moved us immediately to a complimentary upgraded room and handled everything professionally. Throughout our stay, the staff were attentive, warm and consistently helpful. Their hospitality made a real difference. A wonderful luxury hotel in a fantastic location, big thanks to the team!

We were recently in London on holiday and had a less than great experience at the Roseate House. First with the good, the hotel is in a great location, close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Unfortunately, on to the less than good. Our room was unbearable HOT. It was during record highs in London, but we specifically choose this Roseate House because it offered air conditioning. Had it not been listed as a amenity we would have stayed elsewhere. EVERY single day we told the front desk staff that our room was horribly hot. We told multiple members and were given no help. Finally on the last day of our stay a staff member offered "to check" our air conditioning. Low and behold the AC was non-functional. They moved to another room and we finally had our first good night of sleep. Accidents happen and machines break down, but it is how you deal with these things, that determines you are in a luxury hotel and treated as a welcomed guest. They apologized nicely and said they would "make it right". They have not done so. We were offered an upgraded room our next stay--- we live in the US, so who knows when/if we'll ever be back. We paid to sleep comfortably for 4 nights and had precisely on good night of rest. The hotel offered zero monetary compensation. I would definitely avoid this hotel and not recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for a quick weekend getaway and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. Near Paddington Station which makes it incredibly convenient, yet the area is very safe and chic. It’s also perfectly positioned to explore the city, right in the middle of everything. taxi, walking and public transportation. The staff were amazing: extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout the stay. My room was incredible (suite) beautifully designed, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. The toiletries were fantastic as well (Penhaligon's); you truly don’t need to bring anything because everything is provided and of great quality. What I loved most is the atmosphere of the hotel. It feels very authentic and stylish, with much more character and charm than many large luxury chains. It’s a place with real personality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a stay in London.

This hotel has a lovely boutique quality with the overall ambience and its guest rooms and public rooms are elegant. Breakfast menu was great quality. most of all the staff - Vishnu, Hamish and Mark were gentlemen and extremely helpful in meeting our immediate needs. And only 5 minute walk from Paddington station. We're staying again in September, highly recommended.
