Great location. The room (the cosy) was on the very-small side for us as a couple .. but you know what .. didn't matter too much because we were out and about a lot as this is a great location for a hotel. Short bus ride to Victoria, or Chelsea the other way, and meantime a ton of great shops, bars, restos' etc bang on your doorstep. The hotel was clean, really nicely appointed and a very pleasant front desk team. All in all .. delivered just what we needed at a reasonable price. thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Sloane Place. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and everything was clean and in great condition. The location is absolutely fantastic - easy access to everything around London. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back in the future.

Good location with strong transport links. The hotel provides a car service if needed. Dan provided a warm welcome, offered an upgrade, and arranged a complimentary breakfast (as dining was unavailable on the day). The reception team was equally helpful and available 24/7, creating a welcoming atmosphere on arrival. The classic double room is spacious, with ample room to work and store belongings. A wardrobe and additional storage are provided, and the room was clean overall. Amenities included shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, soap, and towels. Drinking water, tea, and coffee were available in the room, along with a small snack—ideal after a long day of travel. The walls are thin so you could hear other guests enter/ leave from neighboring rooms. Noise was an issue with the air conditioner as it made a persistent spurting or squeaking sound throughout the night, which was disruptive to sleep. Had breakfasts at the restaurant- plenty of options and equally wonderful service overall. Would return again.

First of all, let me say that most of the people that work here were very nice and friendly - however that does not make up for the lack of leadership and neglect from the from desk. My stay was for 10 days and at check-in, the gentleman told me I was offered a Super King complimentary for the stay. I was considering this upgrade before I arrived, so to my surprise I thought this was very generous and I assumed it was because of my extended stay - which is not uncommon and has happened at other properties when during slower times for the hotel. At check out, they billed me for the upgrade on my credit card and denied offering me this complimentary upgrade. I spoke with the manager about everything and he insisted that they would "research" this more and get back to me. I did not like leaving the property without resolve on my bill and did not appreciate how the manager was treating me about this. However, I did have a flight to catch and needed to leave - so I trusted that I would hear from him. The lady at the front desk before I left for the airport insisted that they would likely get back to me later that day. No one ever called, no email, nothing. The next day I call looking to speak with this manager and a lady tells me that she will have them call me back. Again, nothing, no call, no email. It has now been two days - nobody has got back to me and I am extremely disappointed at the dishonesty, lack of communication and unprofessional nature of this management. I feel ripped off, lied to and taken advantage of - I don't know if this is a sign of the times we are living in or if I just should have picked a better hotel option. This might be the most poor customer service experience in all my travel and I have been to over 50 countries. I do not recommend staying here.
