The Good: Great location. Airconditioning in room was very good. Comfortable slippers. Functioning expresso machine. Shattaf is a healthy addition. Staff were very friendly and polite. The Bad: Not enough towels in the bathroom. The Ugly: The room safe was difficult to work out, in the end I gave up after the staff came and re opened it for me.

What a fantastic boutique hotel. Really close to Kings Road and Sloane Square. We went for a celebration and this was such a good hotel to reflect that. It’s beautifully appointed, fantastic quiet location,amazing rooms (they very kindly upgraded us) and a superb honesty bar on the roof top patio. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. For only a little more than a chain would cost at this time of year this is one that I will definitely keep returning to.

Absolutely beautiful place. The setting is stunning, the service is very pleasant and attentive, and the staff are warm, kind, and welcoming. Great attention to detail throughout the stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved it! The room, the Gallery, and the service were all excellent. We enjoyed the Continental Breakfast almost every morning, and sometimes upgraded to the Healthy Breakfast (with salmon and avocado) or the English Breakfast (with sausage and ham). After a long day exploring central London, it was so nice to relax with a cup of hot tea in the lounge before heading to bed. The location in Chelsea is perfect — surrounded by great restaurants, pubs, and shops, with buses and the Tube just a short walk away. This was our second stay, and we’re sure that when we visit London again, this will still be our first choice!
