Highly recommended, this place is perfect for a couple of nights in London. Excellent beer, wonderful team running the show and the comfiest bed you can imagine. Actually managed to sleep better than I ever have in this big old noisy town!

We stayed at the Crown & Sceptre one night. It was perfect. Comfortable and cozy room. Very kind people. The pub in the first floor is awesome. The location is very convenient. Close to the bus stop and train station. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to the Holland Park and Gardens and more interesting places. We loved our stay!

Pub: There is no food menu anymore. The frozen pizza arrived half cold, half burned, with most ingredients missing. Hotel: Nothing chic, nothing upscale here. For half the price, compared to surrounding hotels, you get a quarter of the comfort.

Fantastic venue. Very warm staff, very cold beer. And the music, absolutely pucka. Rock early evening, sound dance late on. Give it a go.
