What guests say
Excellent location. Easy access to transit, very walkable, beautiful neighbourhood, museums and concert hall close by. Rooms small but functional. Lovely bathrooms, good quality linens and towels. Good AC which was really necessary in the unusually hot weather. Very quiet room. Service was great. Breakfast average but sufficient options. Coffee machine in room much appreciated. Any issues resolved very quickly. Quirky decor was fun. Good value for this location. Would recommend and would come back.

Two "culture vultures" just had a great long weekend at the Exhibitionist Hotel in the heart of South Kensington's culture quarter. It's a really fun and welcoming place, especially if you like modern art (the corridor to our room was fully decorated by MrDoodle, and the lift has a magnetic letter board to play with :) !). Comfy room (lots of plugs) with a nice bathroom and amazing walk-in shower (

We stayed at this hotel in May 2026. It is in a great location in the South Kensington area, just a few minutes’ walk from the Circle and District line station, making it very convenient for getting around London. We started visiting the bar from the very first morning for breakfast, enjoying it right away. The continental breakfast is very varied, plentiful, and constantly replenished throughout all serving hours, which is definitely appreciated. In the evening, the atmosphere changes and it becomes a great place to stop for a drink or something to eat. The cocktails are excellent, with an extra bonus during happy hour thanks to the 2-for-1 cocktail offer, perfect for trying different drinks. A special thanks goes to Elena, an amazing bartender who truly makes the difference: always friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive to customers. She recommended excellent cocktails and made us feel welcome every time. A real asset to the venue!

We had such high expectations of this hotel but wish we had listened to the reviews that said the real truth. Yes, the location is good and this is the only reason why they get a 2 star from us. But that’s about it. This hotel is more of a 3 star. It’s NOTTTT 5 star LUXURY. Lets share more for people to know the truth: 1. From the arrival, there’s no bellboy or concierge to help you with your luggage up the stairs and into the “lobby” with is not a lobby. Our home has a bigger and better entrance. This felt like walking into a university dorm! 2. The receptionist couldn’t be bothered to be there. A cold “checking in?” Is what greeted us to this “luxury hotel”. 3. Europe has small rooms in every single place. Thats a fact but for the price you pay here, the room is exactly LIKE A UNIVERSITY DORM! We are two slim individuals and struggled to move around the room. Impossible to open the suitcase and walk around or iron clothes while the other stood. 4. The decor looks funky and “design” online but it’s actually extremely tacky and cheap. Sorry guys, this might have worked 20 years ago but bow it just looks CHEAP with plastic “roses” on the ceiling lighting. Curtains that are so long you trip on every time you walk past. 5. THE BED! Oh my goodness this is THE WORSE. You can tell that the last time they changed bed or pillows was over 20 years ago. The most uncomfortable sleep we ever had. Honestly, this place is NOT WORTH IT. There’s many other places around the same area. This hotel looks great online but it’s not what it shows or says.
