About The Savoy London
The Savoy London occupies a landmark building on the Strand, an eight-floor property whose scale and period character have made it one of London's most recognisable addresses. With 267 rooms and suites, it offers accommodation that ranges from classic doubles to grander configurations, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and the kind of finish that includes heated bathroom floors and comfortable, well-kept beds.
Guests are looked after by a concierge and room service team, with staff frequently singled out for attentive, personal touches. The hotel houses several restaurants and bars, including breakfast and afternoon tea service that draw particular praise, alongside a spa and sauna, an indoor swimming pool, and a gym on-site. Business services, meeting rooms and a wedding venue make it equally suited to events, while family rooms, kids' meals and childcare mean it can accommodate a range of guests, including those travelling with pets.
Beyond the hotel, the Strand location puts guests within reach of nearby restaurants, pubs and entertainment, with Charing Cross station providing an easy starting point for exploring further afield. On-site parking is available for a charge, and an electric vehicle charge point is provided for those arriving by car.

We celebrated my 60th birthday with afternoon tea at The Savoy, and it was a truly memorable experience. The elegant surroundings created the perfect setting for such a special occasion. A huge thank you to the attentive staff, whose warm hospitality and impeccable service made us feel so welcome throughout the afternoon. The food was absolutely amazing—beautifully presented, delicious, and incredibly generous. There was so much to enjoy, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. It was a wonderful way to celebrate a milestone birthday, and I would highly recommend afternoon tea at The Savoy for anyone looking for a truly special experience.

We stayed at this hotel for a week with our kids, and I can't say enough good things about this place. The hotel location is excellent. It is close to some of the main visiting points. The staff is very well selected and trained. Everyone is friendly, professional, genuine, and happy to assist. Housekeeping is doing an excellent job and actually paying attention to your needs and the room details (highly trained). We loved our stay here. The Gallery restaurants have the best hot chocolate I have ever tried. Thank you, Savoy, for making our visit to London so memorable. P.S: A special thank you to Giuliana, the hostess from the local restaurant. She is so friendly, polite, genuine, and always happy to see us. As well as Roseline, one of the best waiters we have ever seen. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and she knows how to talk to the kids and make them feel special.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Savoy Hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay memorable. The room was beautiful. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The views were stunning and added an extra layer of charm to the experience. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of options prepared to the highest standard. Whether it was breakfast or an evening meal, every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. The Savoy manages to strike a perfect balance between sophistication and comfort, making it ideal for both relaxation and special occasions. Overall, I would highly recommend the Savoy Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future. Absolutely stunning hotel!

It was great to be back at The Savoy again to celebrate my birthday . Our stay was perfect! We had a junior suite and on our arrival we had champagne, strawberries, welcome back card and birthday chocolate. Everybody was welcoming as always. Eliah was super friendly and welcoming the whole time. She made us feel super special (especially with our Paddington Bear gift, a great surprise as we were leaving). Unfortunately Eliah had left for the day and we were unable to thank her in person but the guys on the door shared our surprise and we asked them to say thank you to Eliah for us. It was great as always to see Rob at the door, always with his warm, smiling, familiar, friendly face we have come to know and greet us on our stays. The afternoon tea and breakfast was fab as always and we enjoyed our late night drinks in the American bar. Credit to all the staff at The Savoy for always going above and beyond to make our stays feel really special!
