About The Westbourne Hyde Park
Paddington and Hyde Park are two of central London's most useful anchors, one for getting in and out of the city, the other for escaping it, and The Westbourne Hyde Park sits between the two on Gloucester Terrace. It's a practical base for both business trips and city breaks, with pubs, restaurants and other eateries within easy reach.
Rooms are a good size by London standards, kept clean and fitted with kitchenettes, drinks and comfortable beds, along with en-suite bathrooms with showers that guests find genuinely powerful. Air conditioning is fitted throughout, though it doesn't always run as reliably as it should. The hotel also has a lift, accessible rooms, free WiFi, laundry service and luggage storage, plus meeting rooms and business facilities for those travelling on work.
Staff are on hand with concierge services to help with plans for the day, whether that's a walk through Hyde Park or a train from Paddington onward. It's a straightforward, well-equipped place to stay, with the location doing much of the work.

What guests say
The Westbourne Hyde Park Hotel is a clean and modern hotel in an excellent location. Ideal for a stay in London. From the moment you enter the hotel, the lobby smells amazing and gives you a luxurious feeling right away. Mr. Ionut gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. For our suite, we were also provided with an extra baby cot, which was very convenient. The WiFi was strong, and the room had a spacious kitchen. The drinks at the bar were also highly recommended. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. One small downside was that although we had two TVs in the room, it was not possible to connect them to a phone. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, keeping everything clean and tidy. We were also able to extend our check-out by 40 minutes, and there is a luggage storage area available, which is very convenient. I would like to thank the team for a wonderful stay. This is a 10/10 experience, and I will definitely come back when I am in London again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Westbourne! I arrived early and planned to check my bags and wander Hyde Park, but my room was already ready. The space was spacious, very clean, and elegant. Additionally, it was very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen and coffee areas were well stocked and the bathroom was stocked with nice Molton Brown products. The front desk staff was friendly and there at all hours to ensure safety. I'd strongly recommend this location to anyone looking for a lovely spot to tour London.

In London for a couple of days, we booked this hotel on Expedia. Located at the doorstep of Hyde park. I was a fan of the Paddington area and this hotel is one located, but far from the more touristic areas of the city. we arrived early and checked our bags in where we explored the city. Service was respectful, but far from friendly. Once back to the hotel for check-in, the young man at the counter was efficient but again, just friendly enough. Rooms are well appointed but are on the small side. The double beds just don’t do it for me as they are too small for a couple. Bathrooms are also cramped but towels are plush and water pressure is good. We had a very active toddler above us running all over the room late into the evening and to the hotel’s credit, once I called the front desk to complain, they handled the situation quickly. Our stay was good and a solid choice if you want to be next to Hyde park but away from the craziness of London, meanwhile, being in a safe area. My only issue is the hotel needs to work on their service at the front desk and the addition of some USB charging ports next to the night tables would be a welcome addition. Recommended

We had a great stay at the Westbourne. Well-equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer and even ironing board and iron, the room had ample space for us. We slept comfortably with the air-conditioning, and the shower amenities were great as well. You’re located near the Heathrow Express or Elizabeth Line at Paddington station, but also well-connected on central line via Lancaster. Our fav was taking bus 94 (operates 24h) from the West End / Oxford Circus area back to the hotel area each night.
