About Tonys House Hotel
Paddington Station is just a short walk from Tonys House Hotel, making onward travel across London or out towards Heathrow straightforward, and the surrounding streets around Norfolk Square are dotted with pubs, restaurants and other places to eat, so there's no shortage of options once the day's sightseeing is done.
The hotel itself has 22 rooms and keeps things simple: a proper cooked breakfast is included, free WiFi runs throughout, and there's a garden for a bit of outdoor space in the middle of the city. Free on-site parking is a genuine perk in this part of London, and luggage storage is handy for those with early trains or late flights. Beds are comfortable and the price is reasonable for the location, though some rooms show their age and can do with better upkeep, and trains passing nearby can be heard from certain rooms.
For guests who want a central base without paying central prices, the location does most of the work, with transport links, entertainment and dining all within easy reach on foot.

What guests say
Central Paddington , lovely area and the 2 lads running the place were so friendly and professional. As a hotel manager myself, I was very satisfied with the standard considering how cheap it is for London city. Room was clean , beds were comfy, my friends and I had a ball. We were thrilled to find somewhere that would sleep all 5 of us in the room. We also got a complimentary continental breakfast consisting of capri suns , brioches and a few sweet treats , it was perfect for the hangover :).

Location is perfect. Paddington underground is very close. The staff was helpful. Rooms are okay6.5/10.I can recommend to any tourists who don’t want to stay at hostel and spend their day and need a room with an own bathroom just for one night. Breakfast is delivered to the rooms in small packages, rooms are clean but maybe a bit of a maintenance solution could improve them. The price is very reasonable. I can recommend this hotel.

For cheap a cheerful tourist trip it is ideally located! Place was as you would expect, lovely and clean but a little worn. Comfy beds, clean linens and HK everyday! Continental breakfast was ok, plenty of tea and coffee. Located on a quiet street. But as it's located so close to the station, you could hear and feel the trains, but after a while we became immune 😁

My friends and I visited London last week. Everything was perfect! The room was clean and the location couldn't be better! Not even 5 minutes from Paddington station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was really nice and polite. We couldn't ask for anything more. A value for money choice. Can't wait to visit London again! (bonus: one guy from the reception really cute. No offense to the other ones ;) )

Other reviews mention the rooms can be poorly maintained and there can be disruptive train noise.
