What diners say
We had an amazing experience at Chez Rapha in October. My boyfriend and I had made a reservation for our birthday for 16 people, and everything went very smoothly. We arrived at the place and our table was already set up with really nice decoration, and throughout the night everyone was really attentive and just taking care of all our guests. We even had some cake with us and Rapha had plates and spoons ready for us to use. Can not recommend enough and the wine recommendations were also amazing!!

New favourite wine bar. A beautiful hidden gem with stunning wines. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable service - they love what they do and it shows.

Chez Rapha has a great vibe—relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for catching up with friends over a good glass of wine. The wine selection is excellent, and the service was friendly and attentive. One lovely touch: you're welcome to bring in food from nearby restaurants to enjoy with your drinks. The only downside was that the food we ordered took a while to arrive, but overall it was a lovely experience. I’d definitely come back.

Disappointing experience at Chez Rapha Wine. This place has the potential to be a great little spot, but it is let down by blatant rip-off tactics. We were charged a staggering £12 for a small glass of wine that tasted exactly like a cheap supermarket bottle. To make matters worse, they added a £5 service charge to the bill without asking, simply for pouring three glasses of wine. When I questioned our £38 bill, the manager dismissively stated that the price and service charge are automatically added. We are not in a country that relies on tips, especially when we are paying premium prices for what tasted like overpriced French vinegar.Truly shocking. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being overcharged. There are plenty of other great little bars in the same street.
