Holiday Inn London - Whitechapel

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn London – Whitechapel. We were stuck without anywhere to stay in London for the Metallica concert, and the team really helped us out at short notice. They genuinely saved our weekend. The room was perfect—clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. The food was great, the service throughout was excellent, and breakfast had a really good range of options. A special mention must go to the receptionist, who provided some of the best customer service we have experienced. Friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This was my second time visiting London and staying at the Holiday Inn White Chapel was such a great experience. The customer service, sense of security and always being greeted with a smile was all a part of the experience of helping me decide this is where I want to book again when visiting. If I ever needed anything, a solution was provided. Especially by ARSHA at reception. She even helped me find my way to the airport using public transportation. All which I could have done my self but she took the initiative to make sure I was taking the right train etc. Also she followed up with a question of whether I had eaten or not. It was nice and refreshing to feel cared for and not just another customer to make money off of. People want to feel cared for. And even the Holiday Inns in the U.S. has not given this level of personable service. I had breakfast at this location once during my 4 day stay and was also impressed by the freshness and quality of the food.London being a very tourist location, it’s bound to have people in and out of hotels, but I never felt like anything was subpar. I have been traveling for a while now and honestly this was such a seamless stay. I quite literally have nothing to suggest they improve on. Thank You again to Arsha for making sure I had a comfortable stay. Hope to see you next time!

I was attending a conference at the tobacco hall approx 15 mins walk. Really great experience , Bren on the front desk was really helpful. We had a delivery which was late and he was able to ring me when it was delivered, huge help! Things like that go a long way so please hotel chains reward and respect your team members. Room was modern and clean, comfy bed, for a work stop over it was a great experience. Breakfast was good, what you would expect, bacon a little under done for me but was fine. I forgot my breakfast ticket which they let me bring later, feels serving team understand small details, instead of having to go back to room. Would recommend

We were staying for 3 nights (couple)and it was one of the best experiences in our life . The room was clean, we had lot of towels, bathroom looked amazing and fresh . Breakfast was also perfect, typicall English breakfast. Lot of drinks, Starbucks coffee all the time avaliable . Special thanks to the staff of the hotel, specially Israh and her team I guess , she was so nice and polite to us same as everybody else . Also, I wanna say thanks to the reception since they helped us during midnight time when we were struggling with booking a room(we had another hotel, but it was a kinda ‘scam’). Overall huge thanks to everybody from this hotel and We will definitely be back ❤️👏🏼 Barbora a Veronika
