What diners say
This place is a little Persian gem middle of London! Just by Hyde park, perfect if you want to go for a walk afterwards. The food feels home made but with a lot of attention to detail. Service is super warm and friendly. The kashke bademjan is to die for, especially with the fresh warm bread. The grill mix was actually quite unique, just the right amount and the flavours were spot on and they offered their own hot sauces which were great. The pistachio saffron cake took me back to childhood, the flavours of Persian ice cream and just what you want after a nice meal. Amazing, will be returning for sure!

Absolutely loved this restaurant! The people running the place are incredibly kind and you can really feel that they work with passion and heart. The food was delicioussss 🤍 We tried both the meat and the chicken, but personally I loved the chicken even more. Also, don’t miss the yogurt with cucumber — so refreshing and tasty! And definitely ask for the spicy homemade sauces, they’re amazing and add so much flavor to the meal.

I meant to write this review sooner, as we visited in early September during a family trip to London, but our lovely dinner experience at Pardis Restaurant stayed with me and deserved a proper review. During this trip, my son joined me from California while I traveled from the East Coast of the U.S., and one thing we especially wanted to do together was enjoy / experience authentic Persian food away from home. During our hop-on hop-off London bus tour, we got off near the beautiful Hyde Park neighborhood and searched for nearby Persian restaurants. That is how we found Pardis — and we are so glad we did. This is a smaller, beautifully decorated, family-run restaurant that feels warm, welcoming, and personal. It has the feeling of a place genuinely loved by locals rather than a typical tourist stop, which made the experience feel even more special. The atmosphere is intimate and inviting, and the food came as close to homemade Persian cooking as I have ever tasted outside of home — authentic, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. The restaurant was very busy when we arrived around dinner time, which seemed like a wonderful sign of how appreciated it is by the local community. We had to wait a little for a table, but they made their best effort to accommodate us, and their kindness and hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. We tried a kebab sampler with several varieties of kebabs as well as one of the khoresht dishes, and everything was delicious. The meats were flavorful and perfectly cooked. One of the most heartwarming things to observe was the loyal clientele. There was a large table of college students with visiting parents, and the students affectionately called the owner “Mom,” which spoke volumes about the warmth and sense of community this restaurant has created. The owner was especially kind, and we truly enjoyed chatting with her. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel very welcome and added something special to our experience. If you are visiting London and looking for authentic Persian food near Hyde Park, I highly recommend Pardis Restaurant. Beautiful décor, warm hospitality, and delicious food made this one of our memorable dining experiences in London. We would gladly return on our next visit.

Having heard great things about their baklava for quite some time and finally decided to give it a try. I ordered it for delivery, and it arrived still warm. It was a little different from the baklava I've had before(mostly Turkish-style i believe) but equally great! Rich, syrupy, and very fresh. Would love to try their other dishes in the future.
