Very mixed feelings about this one. Staff are friendly and the starter was perfect for the second time. Naan bread also excellent. That's the extent of the praise. The curry was mediocre, lacking any complexity in flavour, notwithstanding they served me the wrong curry until I enquired which one they'd brought. However, the worst offender, by far, was the rice. To say the rice was split is an understatement; it was so soft and overcooked it had shattered into a thousand fragments. Bland, overcooked, watery, grainy; nothing like one would expect from any self-respecting curry house. And for that reason alone, I don't expect to return.

I asked for Indian Spicy level meaning food so nice I want to feel it twice. And they promised me this would be no problem. However what they delivered was only minor to mediocre spicy. The service was fine but all in all I am disappointed. Bring back shame and your pride of making real spicy food.

As a Desi American I had an incredible dinner here with my girlfriend. Great staff and great food, made us feel very welcomed, will be back next we are in London.
