What diners say

San Thidar Myint

We went for leaving drinks with work colleagues and ordered a strawberry margarita with fresh lemon. The first cocktail was really good, so we ordered the same drink again. Unfortunately, the second one tasted completely different and nothing like a strawberry margarita. To make things worse, the drink was accidentally knocked over, and instead of kindly offering a replacement, the blonde bartender with curly hair told us we still had to pay for it. The service was disappointing, especially after our first good experience.

Nice and chill atmosphere, but unfortunately the service was very poor. We visited on a Sunday early afternoon when the place was quiet, yet the staff seemed completely lost and there was basically no customer service. We waited around 20 mins before having to ask someone if we could order, and no one checked on us at any point during the meal. Glasses were not cleaned properly, the burger was very dry, drinks tasted alcohol-free, and the bill was brought 30 minutes before closing without us asking. Paying over £165 for 2 cheeseburgers, one trio of fries and a couple of drinks felt ridiculous. Adding a 12.5% service charge for a service we barely received was the cherry on top of the cake — obviously we did not pay it. Very overpriced for the quality and service received. Definitely won’t return.

Half empty but was difficult to get a table, we said either outside or inside but seemed like it was difficult to find a place for 3 people? Then it took nearly 30 minutes to have the order taken, after being ignored by 2-3 staff that clearly saw us waving but went to do other stuff. Once the order was taken the food came quickly. Portions a bit smaller than expected but tasted well enough.

Had organized a farewell drinks party. Was booked initially for 10 adults and had to change it to 15 later, this request was conveniently accommodated considering it was a Friday Evening with busy hours. Special mention for the staff Yonna, Alex, Ariff and Leslie (not sure if I got everyone's name right, but we had fun night and thanks to their service.
