The Pizza Room - Poplar

Wonderful meal and customer experience at the restaurant! There were 3 of us, and we visited during the week. We ordered 1 starter, 3 pizzas, and 1 dessert. The pizzas were delicious with great portion sizes, and everything was prepared fresh. There’s also an option to order a gluten-free base. *You can find details of the food and the bill in the pictures* I’ve never ordered online, but I really enjoyed dining at the restaurant. Nice, quiet atmosphere, and the staff were warm, attentive and friendly. I believe our waiter was Enrico, and he made our experience even better.

Really great pizza spot. The food is genuinely delicious — fresh, tasty, and cooked just right. The service is friendly and efficient without feeling rushed, and the staff make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is super chill, perfect for hanging out with friends or just grabbing a relaxed meal. Overall, a solid place I’d definitely go back to and recommend to anyone looking for good pizza and a laid-back vibe.

Enrico was a superstar. We accidentally ordered for pickup instead of delivery, so we called the store to figure out what could be done about it. The way Enrico handled our emergency situation and helped us find a solution over the phone really showed outstanding care and a willingness to go above and beyond that was unexpected, unmatched, and really special. Thank you for saving our pizza night, you made 4 people very happy.

Read reviews and we were excited to order from here. Ordered the margarita, gluten free and added halal chicken. Pizza arrived with 80% cheese missing and a sad quantity of chicken. We tried spreading the little cheese there was to see if we could make it work. We called the restaurant as soon as pizza arrived on January 26th, 2026 at 6:22pm and offered to send pics of the state of the pizza. The manager on site said they “couldn’t help us any further”, “that’s how they serve their pizzas” and refused to see pics. Pretty bummed about this and hoping we can find our go to pizza place in London.
