Trapeze

Stumbled upon this bar while on a trip with family. Ordered the espresso martini tree! It was truly magnificent! Such a cute place! There’s a pool table, ping pong table, darts and a photo booth, oh and karaoke! Very cute place! Jack was our bartender, he was very welcoming and had a great sense of humor!

Was there after the England and Norway game and was having fun with norway fans, but then the security told our friends to come outside for no reason so we followed and they took our drinks that we just paid for and wouldn’t give it back even after we said we would return back inside as they didn’t allow drinks in the smoking area. Then they proceeded to harass the women in our group and tackle the men leading to him falling on the floor!! Outrageous behaviour from the staff. The music and bar staff were wonderful and even as england fans bonding with norwegian fans was great, however the security staff abuse of power caused us great distress and fyi none of us were intoxicated or causing problems and had only been there for an hour just enjoying our time after a successful match. Greatly disappointed! I hope they do better and employ competent staff. The aggression and anger seen from the staff was unprovoked and unreasonable!

Drinks, games, karaoke, photobooth! What else do you need for a great night out with your girls?! Jack was amazing and made the most delicious espresso martinis! Would definitely return!

Honestly I was very disappointed with this venue. I was very excited to come here for my birthday celebration and made a booking for 8 people from 7pm onwards, which the team kindly extended until 3.30am. However 2 days before the booking, the venue decided to cancel it and offer to seat me and my friends at midnight instead. This was a Saturday booking and finding out that it fell through on a Thursday afternoon definitely did not make life easy for me trying to find a different place while working a full-time job. Unfortunately, this made me never want to visit this place again and I would recommend all and any other big groups to stay away unless you like your bookings getting cancelled last-minute.
