The Beech House

The Beech House is a detached property sleeping eight, set in East Suffolk close enough to the beach that you can reach it in a few minutes on foot. What sets it apart is the level of equipment: a fenced outdoor heated swimming pool (10m x 6m, open April to October), a seven-person hot tub, and a dedicated cinema room with Sky Movies and surround sound. The whole place is yours alone, with private parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with patio and barbecue.

Downstairs, there are two reception rooms with Smart TVs and patio doors opening to the garden. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric range, dishwasher and all essentials for cooking. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are spread across the ground and first floors: two kingsize beds, one double and two singles, plus a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are all included. The property is non-smoking; one dog is welcome at no extra charge.

The beach is 350 yards away. A shop, pub and restaurant are at the same distance. Pleasurewood Hills theme park is a 10-minute walk; Oulton Broad (Norfolk Broads), Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach and Somerleyton Hall are all within a few miles.
