About Sinai House
Sinai House suits travellers wanting a quiet, grown-up base for exploring Exmoor National Park and the North Devon coast, rather than a family-friendly stop or a big-hotel experience. Set on Lynway in Lynton, it's an adults-only guest house with eight rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and the kind of unhurried pace that suits walkers and couples over groups.
Rooms come with drinks available and the practical extras that make a longer stay easier, including free WiFi, laundry service and luggage storage. Breakfast is served on site, with a snack bar and packed lunches available for those heading out onto the coastal paths or into Exmoor for the day, and there's a bar and outdoor seating in the garden for evenings back at the property, with sea views adding to the outlook. Free on-site parking and an electric vehicle charge point cover those arriving by car.
The surrounding area is built for outdoor days: walking and cycling routes lead straight out from Lynton, with fishing, horse riding and watersports also nearby, and pubs, restaurants and other eateries within easy reach for evenings out. It's a straightforward, comfortable base for a coastal or moorland break rather than a destination in itself.
