No Air-conditioning. Booked through booking.com. Didn't realise that there was no Air-conditioning in any rooms. This was in the middle of the heat wave. This is not made clear on the IHG website or booking.com unless you specifically look. Lesson learnt and in the future will ring hotel to check. The staff were kind enough to provide fans. Ionity EV charger just outside hotel and was very handy.

When we signed into the hotel the two ladies at reception were exceptional with the way they greeted us and went out of their way to make my family and me comfortable. Unfortunately the tall young man on Reception in the morning lacked any customer service skills and looked like he didn’t want to be there. I think he was the Team Leader. Maybe this Holiday In. Should choose someone better who has a personality to Lead the Team! The breakfast was ok and the staff that were clearing up around the customers were polite. It is surprising how one person can impact a good stay to a not so good one.

Exceeded our expectations. Paid a reasonable price would recommend booking direct. They don't have tea or coffee facilities however you've got 24/7 lounge access for tea and coffee. Walking distance from the metro 10-15 mins drive to the centre. No issues and will return in the future
