About Ibis Manchester Centre Princess Street

Manchester's Deansgate area is thick with bars, restaurants and entertainment, and the Ibis Manchester Centre Princess Street puts guests within easy reach of it all from a spot on Charles Street. It's a straightforward, well-run city hotel rather than a destination in itself, aimed at anyone who wants a comfortable base for exploring the centre without paying over the odds.

Rooms are modern and simply furnished, each with an en-suite bathroom and drinks available in the room, and accessible rooms are on offer for those who need them. Some rooms do run on the warm side, so it's worth bearing in mind if you're a hot sleeper. Downstairs there's a restaurant, a bar and a snack bar, and the breakfast selection is a particular strength, with a good range on offer each morning. Staff throughout are noted for being friendly and helpful, and the showers come in for regular praise too.

There's no parking at the property, so it suits those arriving by train or on foot rather than by car. Pets are welcome, luggage storage and laundry service are both available, and with pubs, restaurants and other eateries all close by, it's an easy hotel to use as a springboard into the rest of the city.

Had a fab stay, honestly, is it perfect, no but I had a nice time staying here. The bed is very comfy, the staff are over all nice, only problem I had is, I was 4 mins late for checking out and a person knocked on the door, I answered and told them im just grabbing my bags, they did not speak one word to me but rather looked me up and down, with pure disgust and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. I also spoke to a woman on the way down in the elevator and she had a very similar experience. Not a nice way to treat people, but that was the only negative part of the stay.

For an ibis at this price point the hotel was super. Really great breakfast choices, select cooked items and continental. It is close to a train line and multiple pubs and clubs which is great if you are looking for that or quite noisy at times if your not The rooms are modern and decent for an ibis, cleaniness not great in places. I separated the double to creat a twin and there was dirty, hair clips etc underneath Otherwise a great stay in a relatively central location for a great price. Id probably pay a little more next time for something more premium

I had a wonderful stay at the Ibis Manchester Centre Princess Street and was staying in room 204. I want to give a special thank you to FARDEEN and LINA. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional throughout my stay. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Their outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Thank you both for your kindness and dedication, I hope the hotel recognizes what a fantastic job you do. I would happily stay here again because of the excellent service you provided😊😊

Exceptionally warm welcome and check-in experience from the front desk team, what a great start to my stay. I emailed the hotel before arrival with a room request and the GM sorted it for me, which I greatly appreciated. Room was very clean and well maintained and the bed was really comfortable. The bar is a really cool space but they could make more of it - the lights above the bar were off and the lounge area was brightly lit. Switching on the lights above the bar and dimming the main lights would make it much cosier. Good drink selection and pizza was delicious 🙂
