Fantastic experience! Went today with the family and we all thoroughly enjoyed. Pete and the whole team were incredibly knowledgable and the tour was fascinating. With a 9 year old tank enthusiast in tow it was great for him to be able to get into several of the tanks and handle some of the weaponary. We also enjoyed a lovely lunch in the cafe to round off our visit. Would highly recommend! Phil

I had an incredible afternoon at the Norfolk tank museum. I got to see all the tanks close up, even getting inside some of these monsters. The volunteers are incredibly knowledgeable. Charlie took me around a few and even got me into the driver's seat. It's one thing to nerd out over the numbers, calibres, tons, etc. It's another to climb inside, feel the hatch close, get a sense of visibility, the smell of oil, the space - and because I had the opportunity to see the chieftain engine up and running - the noise. One of the guys, Charlie, really got me to see the human experience of these landships. If you're expecting Bovington, I'd tell you to manage your expectations. But if you want knowledgeable, enthusiastic people with an outstanding diversity of working tanks and armoured vehicles, you will not be disappointed

garry day

First time visiting the Norfolk tank museum. Well worth a look, they all do great work restoring and repairing the military vehicles. They have very knowledgeable staff and volunteers. My highlight was seeing and going inside, the tank from WW1 . Guy martin helped to restore on the TV programme. Really impressed with the museum, great experience. The highlight of the year is TANKFEST in August. Bookings on line only. Do not miss!!.

I really enjoyed my time at the museum. They have a very interesting display of tanks, other military vehicles and weapons from different time periods, as well as a communication room with devices used in different time periods. The volunteers are very knowledgeable and friendly and makes the visit even more worthwhile. We also had cake, and it was delicious. I definitely recommend this place :)
