The Cow Shack

Pennymoor village is nearby, and the larger market town of Tiverton lies close by.

Inside, the property is compact but well-arranged across two floors. Downstairs holds a combined kitchen, dining and living space with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, plus a Smart TV for evenings in. Patio doors lead to a small parking area with outdoor seating. Upstairs, the bedroom contains a zip-and-link super kingsize bed (can be set as twins), a double sofa bed for a third guest, and a dressing area. The en-suite has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; parking for two cars is on site. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.

The nearest pub is a 10-minute drive away and offers takeaway food. The property does not allow smoking inside.
