The Cow Shed is a converted barn on Westpitt Farm between Tiverton and Cullompton, sleeping six across three kingsize bedrooms on the ground floor and a first-floor open-plan living space. What makes it work for a proper stay: the kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooking, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave, so you can cook as much or as little as you want. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. There's a private hot tub, a large garden with patio and firepit, and parking for three cars on a long private drive.
The living area sits upstairs with a Smart TV, dining space and views across the Exe Valley. Downstairs, the three bedrooms each have kingsize beds; one has an ensuite with a shower cubicle, and there's a separate bathroom with a bath and shower. The property occupies its own grounds with wildlife and clear night skies—rural enough to feel remote, but between two market towns. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Note that the water supply comes from a spring on the property, and smoking is not permitted.

Chris and Angela made our stay at The Cow Shed just perfect wonderful wel one pack ( which. Except for the prossecco. the kids finished in the first day lol) . Beautiful, spacious, accommodation with a view that has to be seen to be believed . Extras like the hot tub the fire pit and the garden furniture made for the most relaxing stay 😌. Easily the best most comfortable "holiday" mattress I've ever slept on ( I'm unbelievably fussy about these). Great memories made 1st May to 8th May 2026. Ps Angela those Dalmatians are stunning 😍.

Stayed in Ash Lodge for a few days with family and our retired Guide Dog Morris and it was lovely. Lodge very well equipped, surroundings beautiful and peaceful. Owner kept in touch before and during our stay. Had a lovely time and would definitely look to book a further visit.
