The Cottage Barn

Through the entrance of The Cottage Barn you step into an open-plan living space that spans the ground floor. The living area has a smart TV and patio doors onto a terrace; the kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer; a shower room with heated towel rail completes the layout. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with French doors to a Juliet balcony – one has a king bed, the other a single bed suitable for flexible sleeping only – plus a separate toilet.

The barn sits on 2 acres of grounds shared with the owner, with an enclosed rear terrace and private garden for your sole use. Two cars can park on site. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. No smoking is permitted; the property is for adults only.

Diss town centre lies 5 miles away and has shops, restaurants and a market. The location allows walking and cycling from the door, while East Anglia's wider attractions – the Suffolk coast, Norwich, The Broads, Cambridge and Sutton Hoo – are all within reach for day trips.
