Coach House comes ready for a self-catering stay with heating, electricity, bed linen and towels all included, plus wi-fi throughout. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook properly rather than make do. Downstairs there's a living room with Smart TV and French doors onto the garden, and a separate games room. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
The two bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with a double—share a bathroom with shower over the bath and heated towel rail. Outside, the enclosed garden has patio seating and furniture. You get private parking for two cars on site. The cottage sits within grounds that border Mellis Common, a 240-acre nature reserve on the Norfolk and Suffolk border, and the quiet countryside here is genuinely peaceful rather than just marketed that way.
Eye has shops and a pub within walking distance or a short drive. The Suffolk Heritage Coast and Norfolk Broads are reachable for day trips, and larger towns including Norwich and Bury St Edmunds are under an hour away. No smoking indoors.

Amazing staff, nothing is too much trouble when helping our children. If you want an exciting, friendly AP that covers everything from riding, stable management, education, music, art give Sue or Georgia a call, you wont be disappointed and your child/ren will grow in self confidence:)
