The Workshop

The Workshop sits in the heart of walking country between Abergavenny and Monmouth, a single-storey conversion set to take in views across the Monmouthshire and Welsh borders landscape. Grosmont village puts you on the Three Castles Walk itself, a network of routes linking the area's medieval strongholds. Abergavenny, 11 miles away, brings shops, restaurants and a September food festival; Monmouth is 9 miles in the other direction. Pubs and restaurants exist in nearby villages too, with three golf courses within 5 miles if that matters to you.

Inside, everything is on one level: an open-plan living and dining space with a woodburner and Smart TV, a kitchen with gas hob and combination microwave, and a bedroom with king bed and ensuite shower. A decked area opens onto a lawned garden where a firepit and bistro furniture invite you to sit out. The whole place is yours alone, with parking for one car and Wi-Fi throughout. Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, along with the first fuel for the woodburner and a welcome pack. The property is non-smoking.
