This is a great venue for the kids of all ages. For younger ones, the soft play area is sure to be a winner. For older kids the trampoline park and large play area is brilliant. The one major problem though is on hot days it's an absolute no go. No air-conditioning, plastic roof and bodies make it literally unbearable if it's a warm day. Like a greenhouse. Any other days though and it's great.

We just celebrated our son’s 9th birthday with his friends and had the self catered trampoline party at Sutton Sports Village. It was our first time at this venue so weren't too sure what to expect. While the reception area seemed a little chaotic (not surprising on a rainy Saturday), we were greeted very quickly by our party host that took us to our party area. The newly created open party rooms (for the self catered parties I understand) are decorated with bright colours (no need for extra party decorations) and have plenty of seating around the centre tables and benches all around. love the concept of a party host looking after the kids in the trampoline area. It meant we were free to set up and even relax a bit and watch the kids from afar. Our host Lucy was lovely and looked after the kids amazingly. Time for food and cake is only 45min but honestly that is more than enough time when dealing with a group of excited and tired kids. Lucy and another member of staff helped us to clear up and were really quick to tidy up behind us. What a treat it is not to have to do all the cleaning after the party! Would highly recommend. Oh and of course, all kids (ages from 9-12 ) had a brilliant time!

I've been here a few times and it's a wonderful place for families and children to play and workout with the range of activities on offer: soft play, trampoline, gym. Probably not notice it as much during the winter months when it is cold, I only realised how poorly ventilated the place is during the heatwave. Brought my children here and the place felt like a sauna. Staff were holding mini portable fans to keep cool and must be unbearable for the active kids playing inside. We couldn't stay in the premise longer than an hour fearing my kids will suffer heat stroke after all that running around. There were no fans or air conditioning, with poor ventilation, temperature inside must have reached over 30°C, which I thought was illegal under health and safety rules. I had expected any large sporting premises should have decent temperature regulation hence this was very disappointing experience. Management should act to rectify the facilities issues before something serious happens to someone from the heat.

The soft play are is great, the trampoline park is great but only if you enjoy being on the brink of fainting. Ridiculously hot, all the kids were literally dripping with sweat. Not enjoyable for anyone, even the staff were walking around with fans. There were two big fans either end of the building that do absolutely nothing. Horrendous.
