Great venue for mid-day, quiet, cinemagoing. Was able to park with a big van, it has unrestrictive parking rules (no parking eye, no barriers, no having to input your reg number nonsense), the venue it's self is pleasant and fun, the staff were informative and friendly- particularly when i mentioned it was my first time visiting there. Way better than Vue or Odeon in Cardiff. No iMax though. But if you don't care about 3D stuff, it's a rare, perfect cinema that captures the correct, classic atmosphere and experience of going to see a movie. 10/10.

Traditional, glitzy multiscreen cinema on the site of the former Nant Garw coal mine. It's the go to cinema for everyone in North Cardiff, Caerphilly and Pontypridd. It's efficient, colourful, and next to a raft of fast food outlets and other entertainment venues. There's a big free carpark which can be full on a Saturday night.

The best part is just the parking there its like going back intime,you can park absolutely anywhere you want there's no one watching you for how long your parked it is a joy! there's such a lot for young families to do' there lots of variety to sit n eat different foods;there's a bowling ally where you can take the kids at a price'of course the point is everything here is for us all to enjoy, and you can have a drink something to eat or busy yourselves in the bowling ally or chill in the games rooms, you have lots of arcade like games ride ons and my fav, the claw machines' where you wil the claw with the power of your mind to grab anything? 😀 its a bit of a nice surprise if the claw malfunctions and you do get a prize' and afterwards go in the cinima to watch a good film,its a lovely big cinima with lovely staff to help you out or serve you ice cream to hotdogs take your pick myself and son sat on the lovely bench and chairs until our film started as we had come two hrs early so we could enjoy everything on offer here yesterday here did not disappoint ' hope this review were doing prompts you to put your tea dwn get ready and be here enjoying just like we did.thank you for looking.

A really great place to watch movies. They have a good choice of food, sweets and drink. Cheep tickets on a Monday and cheaper still if you have a show card. Toilets are always clean and fresh and the seats in the screenings are comfortable.
