Ferndale

Ferndale is a single-storey property where everything unfolds on one level. You arrive into an open-plan living and dining space with a woodburner, television and bi-folding doors that open directly onto the garden. The kitchen sits adjacent, fully equipped for self-catering with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and air fryer. Beyond that is a utility room with washing machine, and a separate toilet completes the ground floor.

Bedrooms branch off from the main living area. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and its own bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle; the second and third bedrooms are both doubles with walk-in showers and heated towel rails in their ensuites. This layout means families with children or two couples can operate independently, each with their own facilities. The property sleeps seven in total, with space for a travel cot and highchair if needed. One well-behaved dog is welcome here free of charge.

New Milton is a working market town straddling the forest and the coast. Barton-on-Sea beach lies just over two miles south, reachable in a few minutes by car. The New Forest itself is immediate—ideal for walking, cycling and exploring on horseback if you arrange it locally. The town centre has independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Underfloor heating in the living space, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. Private parking for two cars is on site. No smoking throughout the property.
