Through the front door of Midgham Farm - Homewood you enter a ground floor that opens up into living and dining space, with a fully fitted kitchen beyond. The layout flows easily: there's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a bathroom with bath and heated towel rail, and access to the gardens at the front. All essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi—are included, along with a welcome pack on arrival.

Upstairs are four bedrooms. The main has a kingsize bed and its own ensuite with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a zip-and-link kingsize (which splits into two singles if needed) and an ensuite bathroom with bath. Two further bedrooms accommodate children: one has two single beds and the other has bunk beds. All three share a family bathroom with bath and shower. The property sleeps eight and welcomes one pet for free. Outside, there are two east and south-facing gardens with seating and a barbecue, plus access to parking for four cars and two electric vehicle charging points on site.

The barn sits within the New Forest, close to Fordingbridge and Dorset, with walks starting from the property itself. The grounds include a rustic play area for children, and the owners keep on-site chickens that lay fresh eggs daily. No smoking inside the cottage. Stabling for horses is available by prior arrangement.
