The Coach House

The Coach House occupies the upper floor of a converted stone building on the edge of the New Forest, with a hot tub in a separate, privately lit garden area. The single bedroom has a king bed and ensuite shower; downstairs is a utility room with washer-dryer. Upstairs, an open-plan space combines kitchen, dining and living areas under original vaulted beams, with large windows overlooking five acres of paddock and countryside beyond. A 55-inch smart TV, multi-fuel burner and working kitchen mean you can settle in for the evening or prepare meals as you choose. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are included.

The hot tub is accessible outside the 4–7pm window each day. There is parking for one car, a bike store, and an enclosed garden with seating. The property suits couples; children are not accommodated. Fordingbridge, a market town at the northern edge of the New Forest, lies nearby with pubs and local shops. The forest itself—with its free-roaming ponies, heathland and woodland—is on your doorstep for walking and cycling.
