What visitors say
I love this cinema and I go quite often, however the last few times I have had issues getting the food as I order it, it is completely fine when I pay, then they tell me whatever I have ordered is unavailable, usually we find a solution but this is still an inconvenience. I will still continue to return as I do love going here but this is something that should be checked before a customer pays not after.

We come here all the time and we love it however, today we had a bad experience from a very rude member of staff. I didnt quite catch his name but from the minute we walked to the counter i said ‘hi you alright’ which he completely ignored us we said what we wanted and my boyfriend said we have the unlimited to scan which he then charged us without scanning it. When we said we had the unlimited to scan he replied ‘well you didnt show me it’ in a really rude tone. As a person that works in customer service the level of attitude and arrogance that we received was disgraceful and disappointing. It was the neeky looking bloke with the specs and tattoos. He stunk of weed

I had a fantastic experience at Cineworld Newcastle Gate! The cinema is modern, clean, and well-maintained, making it a great place to enjoy a movie. With 16 screens, there’s a huge variety of films to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. The seating is comfortable, and the sound and picture quality are excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend Cineworld Newcastle Gate for a top-notch movie experience.

Great food, really comfortable seats, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Let down but visuals or audio depending on the screen you choose. Mandalorian and Grogu in 4DX was probably the worst image quality I've seen in a cinema, blurry, dark and overall just poor. Multiple people in the cinema said the same thing. Masters of the Universe on the standard 2D screen looks good however the sound was really flat especially with dialogue. Likely wont be returning its just a gamble how the movie going to sound or look like. Its a shame because the prices aren't bad and the food is great.
