Great location for the Metro Centre , Clean , tidy old style HI express. Staff polite and welcoming. Only downside it’s very warm in the rooms with just a fan . Hotel needs to upgrade and install Air Con

Nice, clean and comfortable room albeit just a double bed. Next to Metro Centre but a few close by eating places closed. Staff were fantastic and would go out their way to help you. Great service here. If in area would definitely return.

Stayed for 3 nights. The attitude of the older woman who checked me in was poor. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Regarding the rooms, the walls are paper thin and I heard the room next door snoring which kept me awake half the night. The following day the noise from next door was ridiculous. Felt like there was about 20 people in the room watching the football. All in all i do not recommend this place and won’t be returning. The breakfast was ok.

My wife, son and i stayed here for one night Saturday 30th May 2026. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable too. If you arrive on foot like us, we got a number 10 bus from the Metrocentre, as we visited here for the day, and it dropped us off across the road. A word of warning, the footpath outside the hotel on the main road is like an overgrown jungle, my son is under 2 and was in a buggy and my wife had to go in front of me to pull the overgrown sharp branches from the footpath back so I could push the buggy through. Other than this I would definitely stay here again.
