What visitors say
For starters 2 children and 3 adults (2 games) over £90 you may think isn’t to bad until you go. The lanes are very badly lit only lit buy some multi coloured string lights hanging from the ceiling even the the lights are very clearly there our lane (2) seemed not to be level as about very nearly 3 quarters of the way down almost every time the ball. Would suddenly swerve to the left even with the young child using the ball ramp but still making playing very hard. The ball return was very slow, dirty and not working properly half the time the balls would get stuck at the end of the gutter and would never be returned so we had to ask the staff multiple times to fix it. Arcade machines were dirty but otherwise good they did have multiple arcade games turned off, empty out in the open. They could do with updating the lanes as you could only permanently have the barriers up or down not personalised for each player but not the end of the world. The self scoring key pad is turned off and not used the automated system is not 100% accurate As I had 2 pints left it picked them up marked it as a strike and moved on to the next player. Change mechanics for the arcade are odd I put one 10p in for 2p’s it worked second time it did not I put it in multiple times and in both machines it did not work several minutes later another person gets 2p’s and the staff had not gone anywhere near it ( yes I tried multiple different 10p’s) I put a ten pound note in one it gave me 8 one pound coins and 20 10p’s but the cash machine is fine no problem at all (free withdrawals). There are other activities but the actual bowling just about emptied my wallet. If you like 2000’s style bowling alleys then this is the place when you first walk in it looks like a time capsule. There was no wait as the place was empty for the first half an hour at total of three families in the 2 hours we were there (we were there on an Easter school holiday). (Had a fire alarm test and instead of closing for a day or even an hour instead they did it whilst still being open they did let us know but the seven year old did cry) (FYI for the exact same as what we booked at Lets Go at Hollywood bowl Taunton would be £78.40) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️THE STAFF ARE GREAT IT WAS THE EXPERIENCE THAT WAS BAD NOT STAFF FAULT!!!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had such a lovely time for my daughter’s birthday. We chose the bowl & burger package and apparently the burgers and chips were great! I also want to point out it was a busy day but regardless Courtney & Jake were so on hand and helpful… they really made the day easy and fun! Thank you xx

I purchased a family ticket for bowling. Reasonable price. We had pizza too which was delicious delivered to the lane while we bowled. No shoes needed, no fuss just straight in the door, a couple of mins at the desk and we were playing. Only dropped one star as it's a shame that there were a lot of broken arcade machines. For example the two player racing and gun games only had one of each player working and the guitar hero machine wouldn't accept coins at all. Overall though a great afternoon with my two kids.

My son celebrated his 10th birthday at let’s go with 10 of his friends last weekend and what a great time they all had. From the moment we arrived to when we left the staff were amazing and so accommodating. The value for money when booking the party package is superb from a game of bowling, the decorations, food, birthday cake, party bags and 90mins in the party hub with karaoke, Nintendo switch and games to chose from the kids were constantly entertained and having fun which is all you want for a birthday party. Highly recommend Let’s Go for a birthday party with kids.

People say this bowling alley offers great value party packages that include bowling, food, and entertainment, with friendly and helpful staff.
Other reviews mention the bowling lanes can be unreliable and the arcade machines can be neglected.
