Big Beach House

Big Beach House is a detached villa on the North Ayrshire coast with nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms across two floors, sleeping up to 18 guests. The property comes fully equipped: electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included, along with logs for the two woodburners. Two separate kitchens—one on the ground floor and one on the first floor—are each fitted with electric cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, making it straightforward to feed a large group. Cots, travel cots and highchairs are available if needed.

Downstairs holds an open-plan living and dining space with one kitchen, a woodburner and smart TV, plus three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master suite has a super king bed with single sofa bed and an ensuite with shower. Two other bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs has a second living room with kitchen, woodburner and Freeview TV, alongside five more bedrooms—three with ensuites—and a further shower room. Off-street parking fits three cars; there is additional roadside parking available. A patio with garden furniture and gas barbecue sits at the back of the property. No smoking throughout. The driveway also provides access to a cottage behind the house.
