Tigh An Droma Lodge
North Ayrshire
The Isle of Arran's southeast coast draws walkers and nature enthusiasts to its beaches, woodland trails and distant views across the Firth of Clyde. Whiting Bay sits at the heart of this landscape, and Tigh An Droma Lodge occupies a quiet spot within easy reach of the shore. This detached house sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a private garden to the rear, parking for three cars, and a stream running through the grounds.
The layout splits between ground and first floors. Downstairs holds a living room with a wood-burning stove, an open-plan kitchen and dining space (electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge), and a bathroom with both bath and shower. Upstairs are the three bedrooms—one with a double and single, another with a double and two singles, and a third with two singles—plus a shower room. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. The kitchen lets you cook properly rather than make do, while the firepit and seated patio in the back garden face mature trees and open sky. A cot and highchair are available. The property is non-smoking and there is an unfenced stream in the grounds, so families with young children should be aware.
